In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the diwi11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. diwi11 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not permit access to any individual who cannot demonstrate they meet this minimum age requirement.
2. You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other party.
3. You have not previously had a diwi11 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy violation.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of diwi11, its parent company, or any affiliated entity, nor are you a spouse, sibling, child, or parent of such a person.
5. Participation in online gaming in your jurisdiction is not prohibited by applicable law. You take full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation prior to registration.
6. You are not subject to self-exclusion at any other licensed gaming operator, and you have not previously requested self-exclusion from diwi11.

To access real-money gaming services on the diwi11 platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered diwi11 Accounts:

1. Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) diwi11 Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. diwi11 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your diwi11 Account, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp.
5. diwi11 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration at its absolute discretion, without being required to give reasons.

diwi11 is required to verify the identity of its Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other intervals as determined by our compliance procedures. KYC verification may be requested at any time and is a mandatory condition of continued account access.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where required.

diwi11 will review submitted documentation within 24 hours of receipt during WIB business hours. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending. Funds remain secure in your Wallet during the verification period. diwi11 is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation.

diwi11 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Digital wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available, subject to issuer restrictions).

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although higher-value deposits may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review.
2. Deposits made via local bank transfer and Indonesian digital wallets are credited to your diwi11 Wallet immediately upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
3. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account review or suspension.
4. diwi11 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the Member.
5. Deposited funds are used solely for gaming activity on the diwi11 platform. diwi11 does not offer any form of financial investment, savings, or interest on balances held in your Wallet.

diwi11 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. The following terms govern withdrawals from your diwi11 Wallet:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.
2. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window.
3. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. diwi11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the same account cycle where practicable. Where this is not possible, diwi11 will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method at its discretion.
5. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
6. diwi11 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC or fraud-prevention review. During any such review, funds remain secure in your Wallet.
7. diwi11 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank or e-wallet fees charged by your payment provider are beyond our control and are not reimbursable.

diwi11 offers a range of promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

1. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings, and may result in account closure.
2. Standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. If the time limit expires before the requirement is met, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
3. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates are specified in the individual offer terms.
4. A Member may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the specific terms of the offer explicitly state it is repeatable (e.g., weekly reload bonuses).
5. diwi11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's Account prior to modification, the terms applicable at the time of credit will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value prior to the fulfilment of applicable Wagering Requirements.

diwi11 operates a sportsbook, live casino, and slots platform, each governed by its own specific product rules accessible within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. diwi11 does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in the specific product rules (e.g., abandonment of a sporting event).
2. Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the standard accumulator rules set out in the sportsbook product terms.
3. diwi11 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or odds pricing error. In such cases, all stakes will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held on the diwi11 server shall be considered definitive and authoritative. diwi11 is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connections or device failures during an active game session.
5. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface prior to bet placement.
6. All slot games and virtual games use certified RNG technology. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi) and are subject to those providers' own studio rules in addition to these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the diwi11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds where legally permissible), and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one diwi11 Account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from diwi11.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in sports betting or casino games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content or data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unusual or unreasonable burden on the diwi11 infrastructure or that interferes with the experience of other Members.

diwi11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary platform policy.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by diwi11.
3. Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
4. Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
5. Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
6. Request from the Member for self-exclusion under the diwi11 Responsible Gaming policy.
7. At diwi11's absolute discretion, where continued operation of the Account is considered contrary to the interests of the Platform, its Members, or applicable regulations.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, diwi11 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where the account is closed for any reason other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

All content on the diwi11 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, and data — is the property of diwi11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any diwi11 content without prior written permission. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence terminates automatically upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, diwi11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by factors outside diwi11's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party software failures, natural disasters, or force-majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any content, actions, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or live-dealer studio operators.
• Decisions made by you in connection with your gambling activity, including decisions regarding stake size, game selection, or session duration.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits diwi11's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

diwi11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, accessible at diwi11.app/privacy-policy. By registering a diwi11 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, deliver promotional communications (where consented to), and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• diwi11 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and additional access-control measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access.
• diwi11 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors) solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which diwi11 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. diwi11 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gaming regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws applicable in your place of residence, including Indonesia, before using the Platform.
